1. Activate your account by telephone or on our website
2. Book your first lesson at a time that suits you
3. Begin your first lesson
We recommend you activate your account by telephone on 0810 300 323 or online as soon as possible, stating that you have a TOEICŪ, Emploi, Affaires or Communiquer Englishpass.
If your activate your account over the phone, you will be asked for your secret code written on your Englishpass and answer a question relating to your Englishbox manual.
If your activate your account online, you be also be asked for your secret code and will have to click on the correct answer to a question relating to your Englishbox manual.
In both cases, your teacher will then contact your by email to set up the appointments for your lessons.
You can take your lessons 7 days a week, including weekends, depending on our teachers' availabilities.
All lessons that take place on a landline are included in the price of your Englishbox.
If you need to change or to cancel a lesson, please do so more than 24 hours beforehand or the lesson will be counted.
